The Website is informational in nature and serves to:

• Present the offer of business process automation services provided under the EasyBiz brand
• Enable potential clients to submit their email address in order to receive a free automation proposal

The Website does not constitute a commercial offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks cywilny). The content presented constitutes an invitation to negotiate (Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code).

3. Contact form

The Website provides a form that allows users to submit an email address. By submitting the form, the User:

• Consents to the processing of the provided email address in accordance with the Privacy Policy
• Confirms that the provided email address belongs to them or that they are authorized to use it
• Consents to receiving a response with automation proposals

Submitting the form is voluntary and free of charge.

4. Technical requirements

To use the Website, the following is required:

• A web browser supporting HTML5 and JavaScript
• An active email address (if using the contact form)
